i just want to know what you know (tag x 2)

It was still early morning when Alice received a text from Ace. She did take a little time to get cleaned up, change her blouse and empty the sand from her shoes before she met up with him again. It did look like an urgent request too.

"What's going on Ace?" she posed with a travel mug in hand and looking slightly confused. At least she was getting caffine before this started.

"Well after everything that happened with us, it said we needed to meet this young lady," he said to Alice. "I am just trying to get some answers and I figured that since you got pulled through with me you deserved them too."

He did not know if she would have them for him or alice but still. "It wasn't how I ever planned to spend my day but now I am curious."

"This is the first time that I am hearing anything like this. I don't even know why it would point you to me. I work for the ARI but I am just a secretary however i do have some files that we can look over if the two of you have the time. I'd need you to follow me though."

Alice knew this probally was the only way they'd find out more about what happened. So she replied "Ace, Cami might well have information that can help us. So I'm willing to see whats in those files" she replied looking firstly to Ace and then back to Cami. She then checked her work phone and wondered if she should let her partner know she was in ARI. Then decided against it. There was no point dragging him into this mess of weirdness and this time she was ready with her usual gear and kit with her. That included her pistol in its shoulder holster that she probally wouldn't have to use but the jacket covered this up. If he came up with anything in those other cases that were starting to look like one big entangled one he'd let her know.

"Please lead the way Cami" she added with a smile. She was treating this like any other case she had on her desk. It was the only one that had her involvement though.

He was trying his best to believe her but ever since everything sadly enough Ace was finding it extremely hard to believe anything but he was not going to be an ass about it just yet. "Just take us where we need to be and we can go from there."

Okay so maybe he was jumping the gun a little bit but anyone had to admit it did seem strange as he turned to Alice. "Stay alert please in case she tries anything fishy."

A part of her job was to deal with customers so she was treating this situation as such. None the less she was curious now and did want to help them. "Here we are," she said as they arrived. "Feel free to look over what you need and you can come get me after."

This was still a joint investigation but Alice did want things to run smoothly with Cami. She might feel more inclined to keep helping them as she looked helpful already. So in the filing room and not quite sure where they'd find what they were looking for this might take a while. They did know a time line and Alice knew for a fact there was no CCTV on large parts of the coast. You only really had it in the town proper or the cemetary boundary.

She knew what had happened but now they needed to find some information in this room to prove it had. Information would also help in understanding their experience and Ace was right; it could happen to anybody on the isle.

"We can certainly rule out any CCTV help at the beach but we can start with the airport radar picking up the flight in the first place. That is what caused us to be at the meeting in the first place. We also have the OSE after action reports to look at later on" Alice said to Ace assuming he could get hold of these. "We can also look for weird happenings that have been previously reported. I think that's were we'll find the information we'll need. What happened to us might have happened before and I know for a fact that there's been human habitation on this island for centuries".

She knew this because of her exploring with Damon and recently Clark had found a fountain that looked out of place. Once he did more digging they'd know if there was a house to go with it.
