His mind seemed on it's own pace, almost like it was but more centered on things that he loved, particularly sports. It was true that doing his hang out nights he had not been the best at it but he had, had so much fun. "I am glad that I did not turn green though that would be okay I think." Once the hour passed he stood up, seemingly seeing the lab in angles and numbers now, diamond shapes and cues instead of just a room but it did not hurt it just seemed to come naturally. "How should we test it or should I just do as I normally would?" David Lightfeather

During that hour there was the last checks to perform and tests to run. Avery had her suggestions and David had questions to field from Graysen. "Physical mutations can happen and than can include your skin colour or other appendages growing. I don't think you'll have any of that to deal with but I'm sure you will find out what you can do in good time" he replied. Just by chance he tossed Graysen an orange as he'd need his vitamins after a week of tests and treatments. "It's also good to hear your brothers have joined us. It must be good to know that". "All in all for everything you did perfect, but we still want to make sure you are good." Seriously she wanted more of them but she would hold her horses until they came to them because eventually every human would come to them. "Family is everything to say the least."

"Thanks," he said as he took the orange and he raised an eyebrow as he laughed. "Well they are interesting, it does make me feel good to say the least. I will probably try to check on them soon enough." David Lightfeather

David could understand that family was everything. Even with only having one half of one and no siblings. Graysen looked ready to walk out of here anytime soon but here was little things they could test while he was still here. Given oddity abilities tending to be as different as the individuals who were gifted with them he had no idea what form his friends would take but having looked over the brothers information it was bound to be interesting. "You're right about that" he mused to Avery and then suggested to Graysen "the sports centre might be a good place to start off with them. We've had you cooped up here for a week after all." He chuckled a little and then turned back to Avery. "We all did great this week. You did look like you were having fun too. Are you sure you want to be driving a desk all the time?" He prefered the hands on stuff and Avery might well do in the long run. Avery AshfordGraysen Maddox

She took a few minutes to take it in because it was hopefully the very first of many but she knew not to count too much on it as she spoke to them both now. "I know that this is a good bit of everything to take in for everyone but this is great." She had calmed herself down enough to know that she needed to thank the both of them for the part that they had played. " I want to thank you both, the scientist in a way and the human for allowing us to do our work."
She nodded. "I am best behind a desk it suits me better," she said as she laughed.

He took a second to narrow his eyes and then he spoke. "Can I go home after I get a good amount of rest today?" He did not mind being here but seven days was enough for anyone. "I'd like to see my wife." David Lightfeather

So as things had clearly been taken as far as the road travelled would allow there was no reason for Graysen to stay here. "You can go home and I'll book your checkup in for another week down the line. By then you might have figured out what your gift is and then the process to develop and improve it will start" he cheerfully stated. It wasn't the end of the research nor Graysen's journey but he'd be there to help his buddy. Avery confirmed she preferred being behind a desk and he laughed with her. Having thanked them both it was a job well done. He hoped there might be more people willing to go through this but you didn't know what the future could bring. He'd have to write this up and get it securely filed in the ARI archive as well and that was his first task. Avery AshfordGraysen Maddox

"Sounds good, don't either of you be a stranger either." He said as he went to go get dressed. Life was always going to give what you needed when you needed it the most even if you did not realize it. David LightfeatherEND Admin
