"I was just explaining the lie of the land to Doug" Alice calmly replied putting her radio back its pouch. "So I'll give you the same information before we start. Its a rough path at the best of times but you'll also have snow drifts clogging up sections of it. I'll be flying above you both landing every so often so we can touch base."

She looked at both Adam and Doug while she was doing this. Doug was ready to go and she further said "if she's not in there hiding is quite difficult on the rest of the mountain. I don't need the map so one of you hang onto it". She gave it to Doug and just hoped the guys could work together. Which was why she'd ignored the pee jibe and given the map and some responsibility to Doug. She needed both guys motivated for this search. 

"Just give me a shout if you find anything. I'll will land and do likewise if I do" she said and took off again. She kicked up loose snow doing this and the search could start in earnest. They could see her above tree top height for now but she'd go higher if it gave her a better view.
