Alice laughed hearing all this and soon enough she was pulling up at the beach. “I’ll start the bbq’s off and the food cooking. There’s rum punch and tins of soda in the cool box too” she said and that left the others to organise the fun. Rubber rings needed blown up and Lynn knew what she could do towing one. Alice had the bbq cooking and it just needed turned from time to time. So able to leave this for a bit she seen the other girls were ready to go. The cool box had the drinks in it but she was the designated driver so would be on the soda. “Who wants some rum punch?” she cheerfully offered. If any of her friends got drunk at least Alice would there to deal with it and get them back home. She settled for an orange soda as she was the designated driver. "Getting drunk is part of the fun and you'll get help if needed" she remarked. "I never got to go to university till I came here but the social life is good. So is the rum and the sea.
