Oddities are individuals born with extraordinary gifts. Because of this they are hated, feared and generally persecuted across the globe. In an attempt to give them a refuge the billionaire Theodore Ashford has created Ashford Isle. Presented as a Sanctuary for the special some believe their to be much darker motives behind his generosity.
Ashford Isle
A state of the art city powered completely by renewable energy, gorgeous modern building erected against the backdrop of a tropical paradise. It has all the luxuries modern technology can afford accompanied by the natural beauty and serenity only nature can provide. This city is open to all Oddities and their families, along with several hundred A.R.I. employees, it boast a modest population of just over 5,000 individuals consisting of a mix between both human and oddity. This wonderful utopia however is shaded in mystery both metaphorically and literally. The United Nations have dispatched several fleets of O.S.E. ships near the island, this gives the coastline a ominous view.

"I'm trying," she said but the sheer sound of panic was evident. "It's just not, you do not need to keep it on you." Her heart thumped extremely hard and her hormones elevated deeply as she begin to wipe him down. This is why she did not get close to people it was just too much at times. She allowed herself to calm down. "Okay," she said. She really needed to learn to trust him more and trust herself as well she figured. "Side effects, yes," she said. "This is why you don't just lick my face," she said now as she was a little more calm and felt how hard he was holding her hand. "Can we talk about how hard you are hurting my hand right now?" She shook her head as she wiped his face. "Maybe you should calm down too?" This was the closest that she had been to him. "You ever head the phrase you break it you bought it? He took a minute and nodded. "Thanks," he said. He still could not get over that surge but he was going to attempt and let everything work out as it could. He looked at her and spoke. "I think that is good enough I will get a shower in a bit to get the rest of it off and no we can not," he said as he let it go. "I stay calm look at me I am the picture child for calm." A favor? He took a second to put her hair behind her ear and sighed. "What kind of favor is that?" he said as he turned his head and winked at her, as he took a second and licked her face again. Okay maybe he would never learn. "You can tell me while I borrow the shower," he said as he began to look around for a towel. Taylor really did take to the meaning of making yourself at home as he found one and went and cut the water on. "Seriously," he said as he finally got into the water. "What do you need?" "You do everything but," she said as she felt him lick her face. The wetness on her jaw locked itself into her molecular makeup and she felt the taste as she swallowed the wetness from him licking her. "Ugh," she said as he what? What? "Taylor," she said but he was gone. She turned and sighed as she walked into the bathroom. "I need you to hold my legs up tomorrow. It helps," she said as she left the bathroom door open in case he tried anything she was going to bolt because she still had to get that mess up. "So will you do that and please don't drop me," she said as she walked over and carefully stuck her head in looking at him in the face. "I," she said as she could feel the water getting hot. The blue flecks in her face went crazy as the moisture hit her face. "We're a team right so you will help me out?" Her hormones slightly jumped as she got up. He took a second and sighed as he looked at her. "Yeah sure," he said as he looked at her face. "We are a team," he said as he felt the hormone jump and it caused his eyes to widen and then she was gone. Him being naked must be too much for her as it was for a lot of women. None the less he finished his shower and wrapped a towel around himself as he made his way out. "Still running from me," he said. Still what she would not say, he could sort of feel. He wondered if she had did something to him, maybe witch voodoo. "Cami we need to talk," he said as he took a seat on the floor and made sure to cross his legs. "I can feel you." That sounded bad. "I mean I can feel when your emotions or hormones are flexing or jumping. I think it's because I licked you, I am sure it will pass I just thought that you should know about it." "I mean I just feel like your words and your language add up and that is keeping us from connecting," he said as he found the mop and stood in front of her. "So I say, we make a deal? She stared blankly at him, partially because he obviously must not believe in clothes much. "Being half naked is the best right?" she said as she shook her head. "Taylor stop playing," she said as a look of curiousness crossed her face. "You're a human and you have yet to truly adjust to the island's way so of course your body is acting out not to mention you keep licking me which I keep asking you not to do and yet you do not listen." She was attracted to that about him though. She sighed as she spoke again. "It's very invasive of my privacy," she said as she blinked. Cami honestly did not know where she sat on the fence as far as if humans could be oddities and vice versa but she was aware that science breakthroughs happened daily as she arched her feet up and looked him directly in the eyes. "So let me get this straight, you seen us in the stars and now you think that you can feel me?" Her heart did flutter at the thought as she shook her head. "I have listened my entire life and the only person I listen to now is Madison. She keeps me in line for the most part but what else are sisters for?" The tingle ran through his body as her emotions changed again, it did not feel as intense as the last time thankfully. "I think you can feel it too wife," he said. "I'll pass on the clothes the towel is enough. You know what else I think?" he said. "I think it's the reason you're running around as a human because I think you want to be human. I think you don't like being an oddity because you look so different but when you look like you do now, you look no different than me but you taste different. Everything about you is different though you look like a human." He licked her face again and kept his tongue on for a good five seconds before he removed it. "She needs a gift for taking good care of you, get her one," she said. "What I feel is that you are so vividly caught up in the essence of the island that when you come crashing down I will pick up your pieces and that is fine." She turned to him. "I don't mind being on oddity I play around in the human world enough with my bracelets," she said. She felt him lick her again and she sighed and shivered. "Taylor!!!!" she said as she looked up at him and put her hands on his chest. She went to go speak when she felt her face flush a deep blue, as she watched shades of the blue flow through her hands and end up on her palms as she watched the blue ink end up on Taylor's chest as she tried to pull her hands away but could not. "This is not funny Taylor," she said. "Pull away from me." Cami had been blue since she was so young that she did not really remember life not being blue and she did have a birthday coming up. "Why is it like putty?" she said as she still tried to pull away from him, but the thin blue strands just kept coming, keeping her attached to him. She looked up at him and the tears started to flow. "Taylor," the voice of his fathered echoed as he looked up just a few days before he was going to see Madison. "Are you listening to me?" Taylor looked up. "Yeah growth of the company is important. We have grew but we always need to grow so that the business is succesful. In times of importance we must learn to evolve. I got it dad, I'll check in soon."This was so hot, he'd stay attached to her forever but she was freaking out. He however was looking at it and he did not mind it but then she started crying. His whole body surged and he turned and threw up, nothing but clear water but it did have small blue speckles in it. "You're making me sick, I need you to pull it together." In sickness and in health, yah! He quickly moved away from the water and sat down pulling her down with him. "I think we need to quarantine. I will tell Madison that she has to stay in my apartment for a few days and that will give us time to get over this. She blinked as she was down on the floor. "There is a chance that this might turn into a bit of a shedding event, I think that we should do it at my apartment." It was already going to cost her a good chunk to do an emergency cleaning on Madison's apartment. "Follow me, besides my apartment is so amazing." Also, sound proof, for the shedding hurt.
