Oddities are individuals born with extraordinary gifts. Because of this they are hated, feared and generally persecuted across the globe. In an attempt to give them a refuge the billionaire Theodore Ashford has created Ashford Isle. Presented as a Sanctuary for the special some believe their to be much darker motives behind his generosity.
Ashford Isle
A state of the art city powered completely by renewable energy, gorgeous modern building erected against the backdrop of a tropical paradise. It has all the luxuries modern technology can afford accompanied by the natural beauty and serenity only nature can provide. This city is open to all Oddities and their families, along with several hundred A.R.I. employees, it boast a modest population of just over 5,000 individuals consisting of a mix between both human and oddity. This wonderful utopia however is shaded in mystery both metaphorically and literally. The United Nations have dispatched several fleets of O.S.E. ships near the island, this gives the coastline a ominous view.

Cryokinesis
One with this ability can psychically cause ambient moisture to freeze at will. In addition, one can psychically imbue ice into (or extract it from) the surrounding environment, at will. Furthermore, one can psychically control ice/snow, as though by Telekinesis, at will. One could also psychically shape ice/snow into tools and constructs, at will. One could even psychically control frozen or ice-filled targets, as though by Telekinesis, at will.

Users create, shape, move, control, interact and manipulate plants, mainly multicellular organisms, predominantly photosynthetic eukaryotes of the kingdom Plantae, including wood, vines, plants, moss, and parts of the plants, such as leaves, seeds, roots, fruits and flowers. The user can cause plants to grow, move/attack or even rise from the soil and "walk", mutate plants by rearranging DNA structure and revive withered or dead plants.

Necromancy
The user can resurrect dead beings. These beings may be animals, or humans. Once resurrected their body still does not function properly, they have no heart beat nor do they need to eat or drink, the being is still rightfully dead and as such the process of deterioration continues, only at a much slower pace. Also the user only brings back the physical body the soul of the creature remains lost. Any creature resurrected this way is under the influence of the person who resurrected them. A inexperienced user will have a hard time controlling anyone who is recently killed, a person who is still mostly intact will still have their own thoughts and ideas, this will make them much harder to control. Beings whom have been dead longer will be easier to control. The control of the beings take extreme focus and can be both mentally and physically straining. Once resurrected the user can not unresurrect them and as such may be a victim of their own monster if they loose focus.

Eidetic Kinethesia
Users can remember great volumes of information, in greater detail and for much longer than the average human, they can read books, listen to song lyrics, encounter people or experience events and recall a vast deal of the details of their experience. In addition, it takes less effort to recall the information they encounter, and they can remember it for longer without having to strain. Due to their enhanced memory user can copy any/all movements/actions after observing it performed once, including acrobatics, martial arts, and other physical stunts. With these skills, they can become masters and incredible at what they do, by combining what several forms and movements in rhythmic motions instead of using the same thing over. User can copy how a person aims, giving themselves incredible marksmanship; however, if they wanted to use certain weapons, they would have to watch a person fire that weapon in order to be able to copy it (such as how to fire a rifle, as opposed to how to fire a bow, or how to throw knives or darts).

Thermal Hot Knives
The User can absorb ambient heat and solar radiation, and they can release the absorbed energy from thier fingertips as semi-solid energy projections called 'hot knives'. Their hot knives are pure thermal energy, said to be as "hot as the surface of the sun" They can fire their hot knives as projectiles, or leave them attached to their fingertips like claws for close physical combat. They have excellent control of their knives and is able to cause severe damage or just to stun. They can control the size and number of these knives, and, with concentration can make one of those "hot knives" last for a longer period of time as opposed to others.

Feral Mimicry
The user can mimic the abilities of any animal, in doing so they gain traits and abilities of said animals however their body shifts and changes to accommodate the changes, IE if it takes on the flight of an eagle they would gain wings, the strength of a gorilla may give them large hairy arms. The user must have spent decent amount of time with the animal they are mimic first and can use up to three animals abilities at once. However their body can only stay transformed for so long before it starts to wear on the user and reverts back to its natural human like state.

Periodic Transmutation
The user can transmute chemical elements changing any element, whatever its state: solid, liquid, gas, or plasma. As an added effect the user has what appears to be a periodic table branded on their back, when using its ability the elements involved glow and burn slightly.

Natural Bindings
The user is born with what could be best described as a birth mark on their lower back. A scaly section, these scales however have a sort of rainbow color effect, changing in the light. They take up the better part of the user's lower back. The scales themselves seem to be able to produce what is best described as a type of binding. These bindings can be completely controlled by the user, able to extend them to distances of up to 12 or more feet and control them. Cause them to wrap up, pick up, or many other functions. They are stronger than the user's normal physical strength and almost impossible to be cut. Despite their strength they are soft and feel like silk ribbons, they are also produced in rainbow colors. The user may also wrap the ribbons around their arms and other appendages to increase the physical strength of their body, the user may also severe their connection to these 'ribbons' without feeling any real pain. These bindings will slowly dissolve but the process takes several hours.

Emotional Energy Constructs
The user can sense and absorb emotional energy from people around them. This allows them to detect emotional state of people nearby as well as relieve them of certain emotions (via touch) they also absorb ambient emotional energy and store it. Users can then turn this energy into different shapes, objects, materials and substances of varying complexity, permanence and solidity, ranging from items such as tools and weapons, to other forms such as images, elements, entities and structures. Users who have mastered this ability can use it for almost any situation, creating anything they need. The Constructs however are typically affected by the users strongest emotion. Thus if they are full of happy energy the constructs may be playful or toys of sort, if they are sad it will reflect this, ect.

Self Replication
The user can divide into two identical copies. The copies share a conscience that is in constant telepathic link with each other, there is no 'Prime' copy. The Division can be ended at will by contact between the two, if they are knocked out they stay as two, if one is injured both copies feel it. If one dies, it will cause the other to suffer a painful seizure and pass out, the 'dead' copy will then dissipate. This power requires an immense amount of energy which is typically taken in via large calorie intake. The more the user eats the easier it is to split and sustain double forms. It is very possible that the User may be able to make more than two given training and the proper conditions.

Siren's Star
The user has a star permanently embedded on their forehead that pulls them towards the water. The user is a human but while in the water can feel the emotions of their partner through the waves that wash over their body. This connection only deepens with touch and time spent with said partner. The more that the user keeps their star hidden, the more they lose control over their emotions and the harder that their emotions come to handle. The siren is beautiful but dangerous. Approach with extreme caution.

Pyrokinesis
Users can create, shape, control, generate and manipulate every form/type of fire, the rapid oxidation of a material in the exothermic chemical process of combustion, releasing heat, light, and various reaction products, flame being the visible portion of the fire. Depending on the substances alight, and any impurities outside, the color of the flame and the fire's intensity will be different. The user can also completely control the temperature of the fire at will.

Users can create, shape and manipulate air, the common name given to the layer of atmospheric gases and various compounds (mostly oxygen and nitrogen) surrounding the planet Earth that is retained by Earth's gravity, and possibly wind, movement of air relative to the surface of the planet. It is an important factor in determining and controlling climate and weather, and the generating force of most ocean and freshwater waves. Wind occurs because of horizontal and vertical differences in atmospheric pressure, and include breezes, squalls, gusts, whirlwinds, zephyrs, gales, tempests, and hurricanes.

Kitsune Physiology
The User possesses the traits, attributes, and abilities of a fox demon. Such abilities include illusions, foxfire generation and manipulation, and the ability to shapeshift. Shapeshifting is limited to going between a human, fox form, and something in between. These abilities grow stronger and more varied with age, and the strength and age of a user can be determined by the number of tails they have (up to nine). Enhanced senses, speed, and stamina are passive.
