She literally did not know what to say so she blinked. Out of all of the nottingham's Decipher was the one who did not understand feelings all that well but something in the way that he spoke made her feel happy. She knew this because it was so light. He was used to the perhaps electric movement between them in words but even now it seemed different. It seemed really thick and then she touched his hair and he knew that this moment was truly different as he swallowed. She did not play fair at all but he was used to that as he moved his head. "Not fair Deci," he said as he lowered his eyes and stared at her. At best he supposed that their relationship was a little cat and mouse from time to time. He took a second to step towards her and he slightly nuzzled her neck as he spoke. His voice was deep, low, a little huskier sounding than it normally were. "I do like that laugh" he said as he turned towards her ear. "Are you really going to cat and mouse me," he asked as he slightly tsk'd his tongue.
