Lyra had a theory about knowing if you’d messed with time and what had changed. She wondered if slight changes would matter in the long run as long as the end result was similar but seeing grown up versions of them as well she knew she’d done a good job looking after them. “The toddling Lyra and Levi were showing these different interests. Lyra was always trying to figure things out. Levi found a muse with crayons and paper. And I see more of that everyday” Amber replied. She agreed even if she still did not know if there was a way that you could go back or forward with time travel without messing with it but she was not going to push any harder than she needed too.
